This allows us to offer something that can be difficult to find in larger clinics — continuity, familiarity, and genuine connection.

Dr. Gabriel San Román M.D.
Founder & Reproductive Endocrinologist
Dr. San Roman leads the practice with a philosophy rooted in both medical excellence and human understanding.
With decades of experience in reproductive endocrinology, he is known for approaching fertility care thoughtfully — beginning with the least invasive path possible and helping patients understand each step along the way.
Influenced by his Argentine heritage and large family, he believes fertility medicine should be practiced with both scientific rigor and deep empathy.
Outside the center, he enjoys spending time with family and following the New York Rangers and New York Jets.
